Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with valid unboxing photos or videos.
Upon verification, 22C will offer a replacement or refund, at its discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

Refunds are initiated after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges based on fragrance preference or personal taste are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
